1. Agreement to These Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and MouseMason Digital (“MouseMason,” “RideFinder,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your access to and use of RideFinder and related services.
By creating an account, accessing RideFinder, purchasing a subscription, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these Terms and our applicable privacy notices. If you do not agree, do not use RideFinder.
2. Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering into these Terms. RideFinder is not intended for children under 13. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use RideFinder only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian where required by law.
3. RideFinder Accounts
Some RideFinder features may require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure, and promptly notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise. You may not impersonate another person, create an account for deceptive purposes, or use another person's account without permission.
4. License to Use RideFinder
Subject to these Terms, MouseMason grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to install and use RideFinder for lawful personal use on devices that you own or control, subject to applicable app-store and platform rules.
RideFinder and its software are licensed, not sold. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by MouseMason and its licensors.
5. Motorcycle Riding and Safety
Motorcycle riding involves inherent risks, including serious injury and death. RideFinder cannot evaluate your riding ability, motorcycle condition, road conditions, weather, traffic, construction, wildlife, debris, visibility, legal restrictions, or other hazards in real time with complete accuracy.
You are solely responsible for deciding whether a road, route, maneuver, destination, or ride is safe and lawful under the circumstances. Always obey traffic laws, road signs, closures, access restrictions, and instructions from law enforcement or emergency personnel.
Do not interact with RideFinder in a way that distracts you while operating a motorcycle or other vehicle. Configure routes and settings before riding whenever possible. Use a lawful and secure device mount where appropriate, and stop in a safe location before making changes that require attention.
6. Routes, Navigation, and Map Information
RideFinder may provide route suggestions, map information, turn-by-turn navigation, points of interest, road classifications, estimated travel times, route distances, weather-related information, or other location-based information.
This information may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, unavailable, or changed without notice. A suggested route may include a road that is closed, private, restricted, seasonally inaccessible, unpaved, damaged, unsuitable for motorcycles, or otherwise inappropriate.
You must use independent judgment and follow actual road conditions and official signs over any instruction displayed by RideFinder.
7. AI Ride Builder and Automated Recommendations
RideFinder may use automated systems to generate or recommend routes based on preferences such as ride length, duration, curvy roads, scenic roads, highway avoidance, toll avoidance, destinations, and optional stops.
AI-generated or algorithmically generated routes are suggestions only. They are not professional safety assessments and are not guarantees of road quality, legal access, scenery, difficulty, weather, traffic, or suitability for any rider or motorcycle.
8. Ride Tracking
If you activate ride tracking, RideFinder may record information such as route path, location, distance, duration, speed-related data, stops, and ride statistics.
Ride statistics may be estimates and should not be treated as certified measurements. Do not use RideFinder ride data as a substitute for legally required vehicle instruments, official accident records, or professional analysis.
9. Offline Maps
Offline maps may become outdated between downloads or updates. Roads, closures, businesses, points of interest, and access rules can change. You are responsible for confirming important route information when current information is necessary for safety or legal access.
10. Weather, Alerts, and Road Conditions
Weather alerts, forecasts, road-condition information, or similar features may rely on third-party data and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. RideFinder is not a weather service, traffic authority, or emergency notification system.
Always use official weather, emergency, and transportation sources when conditions could affect your safety.
11. Emergency, SOS, and Live Location Features
RideFinder may offer features such as live-location sharing, emergency contacts, ride-status sharing, or Emergency SOS tools. These features are supplemental only.
RideFinder is not an emergency-response service and does not replace 911, emergency medical services, law enforcement, roadside assistance, satellite rescue services, or other emergency services.
Safety features may fail or be unavailable due to weak or missing cellular service, internet outages, GPS errors, device permissions, low battery, device damage, third-party outages, or other conditions beyond our control.
12. GPX Import and Export
RideFinder may allow you to import or export GPX or similar route files. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to use and share any imported file and for reviewing imported routes before riding them.
RideFinder does not guarantee the accuracy, compatibility, legality, or safety of routes obtained from third parties.
13. Community Features and User Content
RideFinder may allow users to publish or share profiles, routes, ratings, reviews, photos, comments, points of interest, ride information, or other material (“User Content”).
You retain ownership of User Content you create. By posting or sharing User Content through RideFinder, you grant MouseMason a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, adapt, and make that content available as reasonably necessary to operate, improve, promote, and provide RideFinder. This license ends when the content is deleted from our systems, except where continued retention is reasonably necessary for backups, legal obligations, security, or content that has been shared with others in a manner that cannot reasonably be reversed.
You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit your User Content and that it does not violate law, privacy rights, intellectual-property rights, or these Terms.
14. Community Conduct
You may not use RideFinder to post, share, promote, or facilitate content or conduct that:
- is unlawful, threatening, harassing, abusive, hateful, defamatory, or intentionally deceptive;
- encourages dangerous or illegal riding behavior;
- reveals another person's private or precise location information without authorization;
- infringes intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
- contains malware, spam, scams, or fraudulent material;
- attempts to exploit, harm, or endanger minors;
- interferes with RideFinder, its users, or its security systems; or
- otherwise violates published RideFinder community or safety rules.
We may restrict, hide, remove, or preserve content where reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users, comply with law, or maintain the service.
15. RideFinder Pro and Paid Features
RideFinder may offer optional paid features or subscriptions under the RideFinder Pro name or another name. Available features, subscription periods, prices, free trials, introductory offers, and eligibility may vary by platform, country, account, or release version.
Before purchase, the applicable purchase screen should display the price, billing period, included features, and material subscription terms. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions purchased through Apple or Google are billed and managed through the applicable app store.
16. Automatic Renewal, Cancellation, and Refunds
If you purchase an auto-renewing subscription, it may renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before renewal in accordance with the rules and timing of the applicable app store.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions purchased through Apple or Google using the subscription-management tools provided by the applicable platform. Canceling generally stops future renewals but does not necessarily end access immediately.
Refund eligibility is governed by the policies of the store or payment provider through which the purchase was made and by applicable law. MouseMason does not promise refunds beyond those rights.
Deleting your RideFinder account does not automatically cancel a subscription billed through Apple or Google.
17. Beta, Preview, and Early-Access Features
RideFinder may provide beta, preview, experimental, or early-access features. These features may be incomplete, contain errors, change materially, or be discontinued without notice. You should not rely on beta features for emergency, safety-critical, or mission-critical purposes.
18. Third-Party Services
RideFinder may depend on third-party services for mapping, routing, geocoding, weather, cloud hosting, analytics, authentication, notifications, payment processing, app distribution, or other functionality.
Your use of third-party services may also be subject to their terms and privacy policies. MouseMason does not control third-party services and is not responsible for outages, inaccuracies, policy changes, or actions of independent third parties except where applicable law provides otherwise.
19. Apple and Google Platform Terms
If you obtain RideFinder through the Apple App Store or Google Play, your use of the application is also subject to applicable platform terms, usage rules, billing rules, and store policies.
Unless MouseMason later provides a custom Apple end-user license agreement through App Store Connect, Apple's standard licensed-application end-user license agreement may apply to the iOS version in addition to these Terms.
20. Prohibited Uses
You may not:
- use RideFinder for unlawful purposes;
- circumvent access controls, subscription restrictions, security measures, or technical limits;
- reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive RideFinder source code except where applicable law expressly permits it;
- use automated systems to scrape or extract RideFinder data except with our written permission;
- introduce malicious code or interfere with servers, networks, accounts, or other users;
- resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit RideFinder except as expressly authorized; or
- use RideFinder in a way that creates unreasonable risk to another person.
21. Intellectual Property
RideFinder, MouseMason branding, software, interfaces, graphics, designs, logos, original route technology, documentation, and other original materials are owned by MouseMason or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
These Terms do not grant you ownership of any MouseMason or RideFinder intellectual property.
22. Feedback
If you voluntarily provide ideas, suggestions, feature requests, or other feedback about RideFinder, you authorize MouseMason to use that feedback without restriction or compensation to you, provided we do not publicly identify you as the source without permission.
23. Privacy
Our privacy practices are described in the applicable RideFinder Privacy Policy and other privacy notices made available through RideFinder or the MouseMason Digital website.
24. Account Suspension and Termination
You may stop using RideFinder at any time and may request account deletion through the available account-deletion process.
We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to address fraud, security threats, abuse, illegal conduct, repeated violations of these Terms, harmful community conduct, nonpayment, or material risk to RideFinder or its users.
Where appropriate and legally required, we will provide notice or an opportunity to appeal or correct the issue.
25. Changes to RideFinder
RideFinder is an evolving product. Features may be added, changed, limited, temporarily unavailable, or discontinued. We do not guarantee that every feature will remain available indefinitely.
26. Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RIDEFINDER IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” MOUSEMASON DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES THAT MAY OTHERWISE APPLY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, AND QUIET ENJOYMENT, EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT A WARRANTY CANNOT LAWFULLY BE DISCLAIMED.
We do not warrant that RideFinder will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely accurate, or that route, navigation, weather, location, community, safety, or third-party information will always be current or reliable.
27. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MOUSEMASON AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AFFILIATES, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO RIDEFINDER.
THIS INCLUDES, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CLAIMS ARISING FROM ROUTE SELECTION, NAVIGATION INFORMATION, ROAD CONDITIONS, WEATHER, GPS ERRORS, COMMUNITY CONTENT, THIRD-PARTY SERVICES, OR THE UNAVAILABILITY OR FAILURE OF SAFETY OR LOCATION-SHARING FEATURES.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
28. Your Responsibility for Claims Caused by Misuse
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful misuse of RideFinder, your material violation of these Terms, or User Content that infringes the rights of another person.
29. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where the law of your place of residence requires otherwise.
Any dispute that is not resolved informally and is not governed by mandatory consumer-protection rules may be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Texas.
30. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as RideFinder develops or as legal, technical, business, or platform requirements change. If we make material changes, we may provide notice through the app, website, email, or another reasonable method.
The effective date at the top of this page shows when these Terms were last materially updated.
31. Severability and No Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.
32. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with applicable privacy notices, purchase disclosures, community rules, and any additional terms presented for a particular RideFinder feature, form the agreement governing your use of RideFinder.
